Ben trying CV1 @ OC2
The promise of virtual reality (VR) is what initially drove Ben Librojo to study software engineering, artificial intelligence, and computer graphics, and indeed to persue and enjoy both a hobby and career as an independent games/entertainment software developer. However as any enthusiast knows, the promise of VR, for far too many years, remained undelivered, simply because the technology fell short of what people dreamed VR could and should be.

When Ben first tried the Oculus Rift in the Spring of 2013, he realised, along with most other people around the world who were able to try the device, everything was about to change. The wait was over, VR would soon be ready for the masses, and would most definitely have a profound impact on all forms of digital entertainment/education/communication etc... In short, we are on the brink of a cultural revolution, just as important, if not more so, than the evolution of personal computers, the internet, mobile phones, or any other form of technology that has enhanced modern civilization.

This has re-ignited Ben's interest in developing and consuming games and digital media. This website is a showcase of some of Ben's evolving development work with VR.
